Parent Suppot Group (PSG)

Calling all Parents!
There is no fees to pay and no professional qualification is required to be a part of this privileged group. All that is required of you is that you be willing and available to extend a helping hand to someone in need. That someone could be the class parent of your child, the teacher in charge of learning journeys, the staff in charge of school functions, another parent or even your own child.

Quietly, without fanfare, a group of parents have been volunteers in the school since our children entered Secondary One. Be they professionals or housewives, they have been serving in various capacities as the needs arise. Some of them have chaperoned students on learning journeys and have been enriched themselves. Others have served as invigilators and learnt much just observing students under pressure. Those with professional skills have trained the students in the performing arts, enriching their lives. Even those who are not conversant with the English Language have taught teachers, students and other parents new skills in craftwork, like making lanterns. Every volunteer came with the sole purpose of helping the school. In turn, they were greatly blessed.

PSG aims to:
1. Support and encourage the teachers and students through participation in their organized activities
2. Enhance parent-child relationship and bonding
3. Provide a platform for parents to network amongst themselves

Parents, your involvement and presence in CTSS-PSG will make you:
1. a more contented person as you get acquainted with the school culture and teaching environment
2. a more caring parent as you personally experience a taste of school life and the learning environment
