School Awards & Recognition

We would like to congratulate our HOD/Humanities, Ms Phyllis Pham for being awarded the 2012 OYEA Award.  The Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA) honours the achievements of young educators who have a passion and commitment to teaching, inspiring and nurturing their students. It gives national recognition to the role younger teachers play in moulding the future of our nation. It seeks to recognize excellent younger teachers for their youthful idealism, enthusiasm, energy and active involvement in the development of youth beyond the formal curriculum.

We would also like to congratulate our SSD, Mrs Lynette Ng for being awarded the  Distinguished Fulbright Awards in Teaching Program in 2012-2013 where she will spend 3 months on a research project at a US University.  The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.
